Blend the banana and eggs and then add the oats, whey, bicarbonate and blend until smooth. Oil the pan with 1 cal cooking spray and ladle a small amount of mixture into the pan. Cook the pancake for 30 secs-1 minute each side. Give this вАШchocolate porridgeвАЩ version a try for a great tasting & balanced breakfast: в†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†А Old fashioned oats (give better texture than instant)... Milk - I use a 3:1 milk to oats ratio 1 tbsp Chia seeds 1 tbsp Cacao powder (greater polyphenol content than cocoa) 1 small mashed banana в†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†А Toppings: Small Handful raspberries Flaked almonds Mixed seeds Cacao nibs в†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†Ав†А Method: Heat the oats milk and chia seeds over a medium heat and stir regularly. Once the mixture bubbles turn down the heat and add add the banana and cocao. Stir well and simmer until it reaches desired consistency. Add a little water if the oats have become too thick.
