I attended a training course with SAFA today. It was one of the best courses I've ever attended. Very well organised, interesting and delivered extremely well by the counsellor.

I am so incredibly grateful to have such a fabulous team that leads the way for Cumbrians who have yet to find healthier ways to cope with life's difficulties!
