I will write an overall review because we have enjoyed Saffron on many occasions thus far. But today something unique and really kind happened. We ordered a takeaway to take home. While walking to our car, a bag dropped and one of the containers spilled. One of the chefs (if I understood properly) was driving and noticed this. He went to the kitchen and got them to prepare the meal and replaced the one which had dropped. It wasn't something he had to do, but that small gesture was appreciated in abundance. Thank you so much. We will continue to recommend this place to all.

Great customer service food was on point and fresh.

I loved the flavouring on the chops, The Chaat Platter has excellent variety and the Rogan Josh had lovely flavour.



I defo recommend people visit.

Celebrated my daughter and nieces 16th birthday party here yesterday in the party room . Great food and service ..all 60 guests loved the food!

Can't fault it ...Excellent tasty food..great service..would go again and again..I highly recommend everyone try it.

Used to be able to park on the main road in the bus lane after 7pm but has now been made into a cycle super highway so have to park in a field at the back of the restaurant which on a wet day would give Glastonbury a run for its money..pls do something about the parking.

Good restaurant; got a table for 3 despite it being Eid and trying to book a table in advance (for some reason someone kept putting the phone down when trying to book; very rude!). Anyway food was tasty, mojito refreshing and loved the papdi chaat. Def the best chaat I've tasted outside of India. Worth going to this place for the chaat at the least since no.other restaurants know how to make chaat apart from these people. Good accessibility for disabled people. Downside parking as mentioned by.others needs to be concreted over.

Party of 11 we were put in a private area we all felt a bit squashed as we in a very tight area although there was only another three or four ppl in a section next to ours

Food was nice mix grill platter is only enough for 2 people I was grateful I'm not a person with a big appetite

Staff were friendly

They have off Road parking but I think they need to sort the lighting there

Good experience still

I've been to Saffron kitchen many times before and really liked everything about it, but this time disappointed with the chops. They were very big and under cooked and my son had a stomach ache the next morning.�

Food was lovely, but one of the waiters in the restaurant did not apologise when he lent across me and drop a whole load rice on me. So not impressed ,which is shame.
