It can get really busy here so be warned, the only real negative about this place is getting in and out at the dam lights.
There is also the opportunity to have your car washed while you shop if you wish, prices start at £5.
The place is pretty big, well stocked and they always have good quality stuff.
And if you need a rest there's a nice cafe up stairs, with I have to say good food.

Assume that this is the Scarborough branch. Always avoid this day just before Christmas. Struggling for parking and queued for 45 minutes just to leave the place. Once you're in you can't get out. Try Whitby, just like a normal day. Last year was the same. Really need to sort it out.

Great layout for a supermarket especially now they have the argos on the other side of the store you can buy pretty much anything you want from here the selection is fantastic but can often be quite pricey for some items compared to other stores. However the staff in their are always really friendly and helpful and the broad selection makes up for some of the prices and the brand named products are usually great value.

The staff and customers are so much more helpful and polite than certain other supermarkets.Have noticed a drop in politeness and etiquette recently but still a nicer place to shop.

Has clothing homeware Argos. Food is ok bit pricier than some stores but good quality. Large car park, cafe a disappointment

I am always pleased with my food from sainsbury and their online deliveries. Their shop is very clean, good layout and online shopping is a god send. The staff and delivery people are so friendly.

Large parking facilities, petrol station, coffee shop, clothes and nice homeware section. Very good pizzas made on the spot at a very reasonable price. However, as most Sainsbury's: generally overpriced while not offering better quality. But, and this is a big but, the employees who ran their Armed Forces Day stall were SO lovely, that I'm now a regular shopper at this particular Sainsbury's as I feel their community spirit should be rewarded.

a lot better supermarket now its been extended gives more to choose from with the Addison of the upstairs café and clothes department

I like this sainsburys.. They had a make over a few years ago and it's certainly now better stocked. You could leave with a TV and evening meal, they sell clothing etc.. The car park is very large and has a petrol station. The staff seem friendly and there's always a good selection. The prices might not be the most competitive but, it's clean, cheery and we'll presented. There are a lot worse places to shop in Scarborough!!!

Don't be scared by the homeless man, he leaves you alone if you run quick enough!

Does the job ya know? Sure there are a few things cheaper in other supermarkets but that's just being realistic
