I just love Sainsbury's Watford, when I can get there. I find it so much less over wellming than Asda Watford. I love my coupons i get every month. I get good deals. I love the setup of the. It's really spacious. Must of the staff are so helpful, friendly +nothings too much for them! The only negative is dates on the food. There really needs someone to keep on top of them. I always find the bread always has an expiry date of 1-2 days+cakes ie scones etc etc. For someone living alone. I like to have at least 4 days expiry date on a handful of items. So i can choose if i want to freeze or not freeze! Normally any bread or tea cakes i buy i have no choice. I have to freeze cos the bread, tea cakes etc etc have an expiry date for the same day or the nxt day +living alone, i couldn't eat a hole loaf of bread or 6 cakes to one's self. There isn't a choice, i have to freeze if I like it or not! Saying that i still love the healthy options you store. There's a huge selection+yr fruit section +veg is amazing. Such delicious items to choose from. I do love sainsbury and noitce huge changes too yr stores from when my family shopped religiously when I was around 5yrs old. Only the changes always work. Good job Sainsbury's.

Lovely place. Quite small but has a nice underground car park. Brilliant staff. Its cramped and the limited stock stop it having 5 stars.

I'd definitely go here again

Not too bad with Manuka honey in stock, but Roti. Chicken is not nice with an acrid taste as have been and bought from around 12:30 midday and both times I must admit the chicken was with no choice there being only 5 cooked with empty looking cooking ovens where you could not see the chicken being cooked. Be WARNED! Both times I purchased a whole chicken only to regret it. This was 2 months apart so was not a one off experience. Also on a Sat. Midday the que for parking takes around 15 min or more but plenty of blue badge holder space.

Come here weekly as it is close to home. Staff are usually helpful and there is a decent selection of vegetables, several foreign foods and vegetarian options. However I feel that for a store of this size they don't have a lot of more specialised foods, which means I still have to go to an Asian specialty story to get certain vegetables or spices.

What can I say? It's a big 'ol Sainsbury's. In the heart of Camden, you get a nice variety of stock for such a central location. Plenty of checkouts also make this a relatively speedy visit for my regular shop. The security alarms seem to be a little over-sensitive.

Friendly staff good parking space But needs a bigger motorcycle bay
Nicely placed cycle racks

I've seen other Sainsbury's with better selection and consistency, service seems a bit unnatural as cashiers sometimes try to make forced conversations, in general ok. They have good promotions sometimes.

User

They have good food bit the ambience depresses the sh*t out of me. Especially those homeless people that beg outside. Also, it's not very clean and lighting is a bit bad.

Good selection of fruit & veg, meat and fish, poultry, fresh bread from own bakery, big frozen section, dairy produce and everything else you can find in a supermarket
