Brilliant. The highest of standards -Professional . Knowledgable. Efficient . Reliable .Honourable . Friendly but firm. . Superb customer service - for both Tenants and Landlords with their own excellent in house team . From Accounts to Management, from Legal services to all elements necessary for Upkeep ,Maintenance and refurbishment - they have all the skills and are their own rapid response team.

I would not recommend this company, they are slow to respond and most of the time you have chase them to even reply to emails, they leave our building in a constant state of repair and yet charge high service charges. I am sure there are better companies to go with apart from this one.

It's a family run establishment and it's not very organized. It can take quite some time to resolve maintenance issues. Overall wasn't great but could've been worse.

first of all , they did not reply to my email to book a viewing on Regent street. After ringing , i managed to book a Saturday viewing which the person conducting the viewing came 30 mins late with the wrong key. managed to re-book on Monday after chasing them for a booking. later that Monday the lady who conducted the viewing also came with the wrong key. she promised to call me back when they sorted out the key/issue but till this present day i have not received a email or call from SAB (never did through the whole time i chased them up). see i purposely said nothing nasty or rude just letting the facts judge this agency lack of customer service.

4 Reasons why I would never rent with SAB again.

1. The day before NYE my key got broken in a very awkward lock and I could not get into the house, so I called there out of hours 'emergency number' and the first response I got after barely finishing my sentence explaining what's happened, the man at the other end said "not a chance mate" so there for I could not get into my house for 3 days because SAB's 'emergency' line deemed it not to be an emergency making me effectively homeless because the lock and key were very old to this house.

2. When going to hand in my notice on the 13th of May to move out on the 13th of June they had said because the notice was not given before the 7th (when my rent comes out) I would still be liable (so paying rent) untill the 7th of July. So basically they could get more money out of me. I have rented with Belvior and Russels before SAB and both of these company's like any other estate agency of you had in a 1 month notice on the 13th of one month you move out on the 13th of the following surely?

3. When handing out new keys for all rooms and front door they had posted them through all tenants doors. So how on earth were people who work jouring the day meant to get in the house let alone there rooms? I luckly finished work in time to go to the estate agents but if not I could have effectively been homeless for the night again.

4. And just as you think it could not get any worse, I had finally got rid of this estate agency out of life they had still taken another months rent from me after moving out, yes you can argue my fault as well there for not cancelling the standing order but again previous estate agents I have been with do that for you as common sense!

All in all I had a terrible time renting with SAB and I would not reccomend it at all. I will say the property manager at 7 Willis Road 'Sam' was a lovely man and apologetic in all these cases. But even so I disagree with the companies policies and would recommend you look else where.

Absolutely dismal service from Leane Doust. She asked me to travel all the way to London from Nottingham, only to give a pathetic excuse about why she did not have the keys for me to view the property. This was after I had called to confirm my appointment. She could not even be bothered to apologise or rearrange another viewing.

Thank you for keeping me waiting for half an hour and not showing up at all after booking a viewing and confirming the appointment over the call this morning. Thoroughly enjoyed the sunshine - 5 starts for the weather, 1 star for your professionalism today.
Giving 2 starts since it has been pleasant experience in the past.

We did have a few issues when we moved in, but these were quickly sorted and we were actually reimbursed for the time we spent cleaning the property. We have lived in our house for nearly 3 years and whenever there have been issues we have been able to e-mail the person in charge of our building and things have generally been pretty quick to sort out. The level of communication has been excellent, and if something was going to take longer than you would expect we have been notified. If there was one thing it would be nice just to have a little note/email after periodic checks on the property letting us know it has happened and whether they are pleased/not - e-mails if something you need to change but otherwise nothing. Overall though, pleased with the service.

We were looking for accommodation in Cambridge, we both work and have good references, but we also have small educated pet dog that never caused any damage in previous properties.
Well, just because of the dog they didn't even tried to help and quickly refused to search if any properties were available.
Fortunately for us there are much better rental agencies in Cambridge.

SAB managed our move in and out of a house in Cambridge in the most professional manner. Kane was responsive and prompt in handling minor issues that arose. Would recommend this agency for the honest and efficient manner in which it handles lettings.

Office staff will change contracts behind your back. Double check your tenancy before signing. Fees are taken for references that are never requested. If your references do not arrive, chances are they never asked for them.

Update: In response to the claim that formal complaints are taken seriously, I can attest that formal complaints submitted to the office are destroyed. I witnessed this personally.

Really happy with the service i received at SAB, the staff are super friendly and very efficient. I would definitely consider using them again in the future and would recommend them to my friends and family. There were no hidden fee's as everything was explained very professionally, i felt i was in safe hands.
