Great Products - the Skinny Muffins are amazing!
I've ordered the month pack just so gutted I'd ordered. The veg chilli and spaghetti where as the Mexican chilli taco and cottage pie I could live on love the shakes and soups too!!!!
I'm in Day 4 and despite a headache I'm surviving! I used to be a Counsellor for another company so knew what I was letting myself in for - yes I must drink more water and yes I do know that if I don't make some lifestyle changes and change my eating habits permanently then the weight will pile back on; it is the same on any and every diet - if you keep doing what you've always done you will get what you've always got which in my case is fat!
So, for me this is just the start of a bigger plan to get fit and healthy and for now, taking conventional food out of the equation while i reprogramme my thoughts makes sense.
The 'meals' are ok - Im not keen on the soups but you don't have to choose them, and I really like the Mexican taco pack.
I have had no problems with customer service or delivery and the price is great too.
On the downside you really have to want and commit to do this, especially the vlcd as it isn't easy. However weighing 8 pounds less only 4 days in is a pretty good incentive to keep going!
Just make sure you have a plan in place ready for when you are at the ideal weight for you - this way of eating isn't designed to last forever!
I am happy with this diet as you don't starve yourself and most of the dinners (except few that I didnt like) they are tasty and filling
Are you ok to just have 3 of the 'Heavenly milkshakes' a day and no food? I'm guessing that works as a VCLD...
Well this is a diet that I wanted to start a couple of weeks ago, apart from the fact the parcel was "slung" over my 6ft fence in the pouring rain which popped the ready made shakes and spilt them all over the box and outside. I carried the box into the kitchen to get a puddle of Shake on my floor! Everything was covered! I then put the whole box in the bin which was duly collected the next day. The delivery card states "back door". Contacted the company who choose to believe the couriers who lied and said it was delivered to a neighbour! I've lost £100 worth of goods and they offered me free delivery on replacement order! So unhappy - all I've lost is pounds in money and experienced disgusting customer service skills!. So disappointed.....
