Welcome to Salford and Manchester Gaming Haven. We aim to provide a fun and relaxed atmosphere in which people can play board games and tabletop games.

Welcome to Salford and Manchester Gaming Haven. We aim to provide a fun and relaxed atmosphere in which people can play board games and tabletop strategy games. We host gaming events every Wednesday at Wai Yin Society in Cheetham Hill. We hope to enable people to have fun playing their favourite games and meet like-minded people at the same time.

Board games nights will be open to all to bring whatever games you like or just come along and join in with the various games on offer at the club. We generally offer a break from the standard board games you may be forced to play at Christmas and instead like to play things like Castle Panic®, Resistance®, Tsuro® and King of Tokyo® plus many more besides. Why not come along and try something new?

Tabletop games events will be held with a specific game system, as advertised in advance. There is nothing to stop you playing a different game system if you wish but we will only support the advertised game system for pick-up games. That means that if you do not have a pre-arranged game with a specific opponent, you will still be able to play the game system advertised against any other club player or club official. In this way, we can guarantee that you will at least get a game of the advertised game system. The game systems that will be regularly played are generally Games Workshop® products such as Warhammer 40, 000®, Warhammer® and Epic Space Marine® (2nd Edition).

At the time of writing, all events are strictly for adults. Any minors wishing to attend must be accompanied by an appropriate adult. This is for reasons of safety and security and for the benefit of all players. Please see our Club Rules (on our Notes page) for further details.
