Just had my nails done with Kelly, all I can say is amazing. She listened to what I wanted as iv had bad experiences with colour and shape before but she truly nailed what I wanted, perfect shape and perfect colour. Over the moon.Thank you so much see you soon xxx

I cannot thank the wonderful ladies at Butterflies after a bit of a nail nightmare this morning. I popped in on the off chance to see if they could help get me my perfect nails for an event this weekend. Although they were fully booked they managed to move an appointment to fit me in and I cannot thank the lady that did that enough, there's a little thank you waiting for you when you are next in for your appointment if you are reading this lol. I had the fabulous Trish give me the nails I was looking for and they are truly beautiful, even had my brows waxed after too

Your level of customer service is truly outstanding and you should be very proud of how you treat your customers, I'm even booked in again for my birthday nails

Have my nails done by Roxanne and she does a lovely job each time. Nails last me 6 weeks without any broke or came off! Really good. Definitely recommend for nails and lashes

Had my nails done this morning with Tricia she was very friendly made me feel comfortable and I'm so pleased with how well my nails look have rebooked to go back and will defiantly recommend.

Had my nails done by Tricia .... absolutely amazing, All the girls are very friendly and welcoming. Been going to butterflies for a fair few months and wouldn't go anywhere else now. Rarely keep mine for longer than 3 weeks because I like to constantly change the style and colours but I've never had any lifting or breakages. Tricia is amazing, she is a complete perfectionist and I always walk out with perfect nails! Xx

Amazing service, always so happy with my nails when I walk out of the salon never fails to do a good job would highly recommend to anyone who wants decent high standard nails.
