Sunny and hot day in London , we are introducing our cocktail of the day #sazerac. It is a local New Orleans variation of a cognac or whiskey cocktail. The drink is most traditionally a combination of cognac or rye or half and half ,as we normally do, peychaud's bitters,absinthe and sugar. Salotto'900 comes from the idea of using Italian classic liquors and some iconic local distillates and infusions from every region, in the making of vintage classic forgotten cocktails, with a twist. Naturally, vermouth comes first, then all liquors that are normally used as digestifs (such as amaros, fruit liquors and herbs liquors), both introduced in the formulation of a modern cocktails with an antique Italian craftsmanship.
