Went to Saltwater for lunch today - I had the Buddha bowl with chicken. Absolutely delicious and very filling. The owner Tony and his staff are very helpful. A tasty menu and a great service - I would recommend

Tasty food with great service every time

Simply stunning food, the seafood salad I had was a beautiful mix of fresh salad leaves, cucumber, tomato, etc topped with a huge (and I mean huge) mountain of smoked salmon and king prawns. The dressing was sublime and I was thrilled with the size and quality of my lunch. My wife had the pulled pork burger which was just as good. No kids menu but our two split a club sandwich between them and my daughter assured me it was “the best sandwich ever” and from the little bits I got to nick it tasted great.



We will be returning and just wish we had somewhere just as good round the corner from our house :(

I popped in bang on closing time after being caught in a rain shower, and they were kind enough to still make us a take out.



Also, for the non dairy free they had soya, almond and oat milk.

Friendly service, fantastic menu at affordable prices - a very comfortable atmosphere with free Wi-Fi and wc plus your pooch is welcome too. Perfect for mums and toddler meetings, breakfast clubs and coffee mornings... great job Anthony & team.

First visit to this welcoming cafe this morning and will certainly return. Small, intimate but, with an excellent ambiance and superbly run by the owner Tony. Surprisingly extensive menu to suit every taste with quality second to none. If you're in the Milford area, search it out. This cafe and it's host are a must.
