What a start, 20 days in and Racheal is 3.9kg down and 9.8% lower in body fat while at exactly the same time gaining a kilos of muscle.
She is going to be the one to watch!

Hayley's 8 week tranformation was exceptional.

From breaking up to been absolutly made up!
What a killer transformation by Hayley Quinn despite the heart break and tears. Stronger, leaner, healtier and more confident then ever. Good work

Getting consistent results is not always easy.
Having a deeper understanding of the body is crucial to been able to understand what the body is trying to tell you.
Cj and Francisco are some of the hardest working people in the room. But that can be their downfall with out the right guidance.
... 8 weeks in to there transformation and they have got the results and pushed themselves to their limits. But things have changed, Cj is started to put on body fat due to poor quality sleep from poor cortisol management meaning her thyroid function will slow and she will struggle to loose weight as her energy output decreases.
Francisco is unable to feel full, he is hungry all the time which is an indication his sleep has also deteriorated, his ghrelin hormone is high meaning his leptin levels are low meaning he will also struggle to loose weight and control his appetite.
The solution....
A week off to bring there nervous system back in line(less sympathetic dominance commonly know as your fight or flight) will allow them to recover and grow. I’m 100% sure after a week of rest they will have less body fat more muscle mass and be motivated to take on the next 8 weeks with the consistency and passion they have previously showed

Guess what.....
More clients, more amazing results.
Victoria made the classic mistake of training to intensely 6 times a week with F45, not realizing that the physiological stress of that much exercise will deregulate her metabolic out put meaning she actually was gaining weight from training. It’s more common then you think and you might have even expedites it for your self.
... Get it touch, work with us at Salus to break your metabolic code and cruise your way thought to the best shape of your life.

Have you ever been ashamed to take your top off in front of other people of even the ones you love. Feeling more body confident can help no matter what you look like. Feeling fit and strong makes a huge difference. If it’s time to make that change get in touch with the Salus team.

Laurence here....
Back again to deliver the never ending, amazing results my clients get. 10 weeks down Laura is 10kg of body fat down and she is over the moon. Despite a few little slip ups with a few boozy nights out she stayed on point with her food kept training hard and is reaping the benefits.
Dm if you want one of the last 6 places on the next block of the 8 week Salus fatloss transformation training.

Find out what’s your one thing and focus on that! For our team at Salus it’s making people fall in love with themselves again. Watch the video and find out why.

Super hot and sweaty, but still time to deliver amazing results to @hayleyquinnx who had a 5.2kg drop in body fat and 2.2kg increase of muscle mass in 8 weeks. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 21% down to 13.4% in 8 weeks. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you want to do the same drop me a dm, we are taking on just a handful of the right candidates for the next 8 week rotation.

User

My client tom smashed his transformation, it took him 12 weeks to drop from 31% body fat to 11% body fat that included going away on two holidays and coming back leaner each time.

User

There is a better way to be fit and healthy and at the same time looking incredible naked. We have to understand how stress effects the body and how we can manipulate it to increase muscle and decrease body fat as well as sleeping better, and saying good by to depression and anxiety.

User

The proof is in the pudding. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Health, wellness, confidence. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #bodytransformation #newyou #happy #healthy #confindent @hayleyquinnx

User

We have opened up the door again to new client, we have had some crazy transformation take place, I can’t wait for the next set!

User

Nice to be invited down to @thecurtainldn by @bellewade to do a little training away from the Salus studio. Such a cool little spot. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ @rutrehnstrom #training #hotelvibes #shorditch

best and coolest work out in London - my body feels amazing

User

I think I'm great! But you have to make your own mind up!

I have been coming to Salus once a week for 6 months now and have got a lot stronger, fitter and thinner in that time (from a starting point of 'help - between kids, a full time job and back problems I'm literally falling apart with no time to exercise' ). This is NOT just a gym for beautiful people and can deal with different levels of fitness and free time. Laurence has created a welcoming and accepting ethos which - combined with the fact that the approach has really worked for me - is why I'm still coming.

User

Great space great trainer and super forward thinking session - loads of compound exercises and progressive movement patterns that had my legs shaking my face smiling and my while body sweating!

Go hustle make some muscle here!

Firstly, it is worth saying that I am a personal trainer myself, with accreditations in physiotherapy and a pending GP referral in nutrition and obesity qualification, so I'd like to think I have a good understanding of fitness, health and wellbeing as a whole.

Secondly I don't live in London, but know Laurence from Birmingham and have trained with him when visiting friends in London, however I have been following Salus for a long time and feel I gather a huge amount of information via their online content.

It's clear when you talk to Laurence, or watch videos Salus (both Loz and Levi) post online that the team have extensive understanding in both the physical and biological processes happening in the body to relate to all fitness goals.

What also becomes apparent is their dedication and passion to what they do. This is made even more apparent when you look at something like "Salus Freeform", a free online forum set up by Levi and Loz addressing misconceptions and barriers faced by everyday, normal people just trying to get fitter, stronger and healthier.

I have learnt a huge amount just through reading posts and watching online content; information that is both scientifically sound and detailed but explained in a really simple way.

If you are in East London, and want to make some real, sustainable changes I'd definitely advise going to see the guys at Salus
