This was our second visit , called last week and returned . Armed with my payment card I ploughed threw the wines like a pro on a mission. It's great to be able to sample different wines without buying a full bottle . Not eaten yet but the snacks that were coming out looked good and are reasonably priced . May have to organise a girlie night out and party up the stairs .

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the choice of wine on offer was good. Despite no sparkling option on this visit, there has been in the past. We enjoyed our cheese and meat tapas plates as an accompaniment.

Thanks Kim enjoyed our visit very much - still undecided on the orange wine roter veltiner - but it's great that you take the time to ensure your customers are offered an experience to try something new 😀

Second time we’ve been in here, loved it first time round came back and still loving it! Wine is amazing, the bar staff are top class especially Sam who has served us both times and remembers us from our first visit! All facilities are very clean and the table service is great! Great experience, we will be back again! Would highly recommend! ��

Really great selection of wines from around the World. Excellent service by very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good prices both to take away with a reasonable 'Drink-in' charge. They also have fab card operated vending machines so you can try lots of wines in small (or large) quantities. Would highly recommend this place as it has a great atmosphere too !

Love this place and can't wait to see the refurbishment. Great staff, food and wine. Knowledgeable team who don't just push the most expensive wines but really think about whats best for you and give you several options often well under your max budget. Can't recommend enough.

Love Salut wines - always go in when we come to Manchester and have introduced lots of my friends to it - wine great and service always fab

Kim the manager always knows what I want to drink and the rest of the staff(all equally amazing) work the little butts off!- nothing is ever too much ! Amazing to see the place evolve!

I do enjoy the concept of Salut. I was one of the first to enters its door when it opened and I do enjoy it as much on my own as I do with friends when we don't know we want but no Wine is always a good answer. Informal, great staff, great wines on offer, and you can go for a large glass or a tasting session, the evening is yours to play as you wish.

Great venue...staff friendly and helpful. Fabulous range of wines. Cannot wait to visit again

Good wines � great food � lovely place helpful and pleasant staff
