Due to last minute cancellations and appointments not being attended without any notice i will be enforcing a policy. So please read and make yourself aware to avoid any confusion ⬇️
... ❗️For any appointment cancelled without giving 48 hours notice a deposit will be required upon booking your next appointment
❗️For any appointment missed by not turning up a deposit will be required for every future appointment
❗️Every cancellation needs to be rang at the salon not cancelled through messaging myself. Failure to ring the salon and cancel your appointment will result in a charge & deposit on rebooking
❗️I will not be responding to any messages regarding work on my days off/holidays. I am also too busy to take cancellations while at work in the salon. So Sending me a message to cancel at any time does not clarify as a cancellation and will go down as a missed appointment with a charge due
I am so flattered to be fully booked on a daily basis with cancellation lists running most days but I’m sure you can understand my frustration when I loose business through the above happening.
As you can appreciate this is not just a business this is my livelihood
