I am a humanistic integrative counsellor. This means that I believe that we are
born inherently good and that it's life's circumstances and events that affect our
ability to grow in a positive direction. Having a negative impact on our thoughts,
feelings and behaviour. So I believe it's never to late to seek help or support and
change the direction of our lives.
