paid over 450 quid to get my Triumph Daytona 955i serviced, new brakes, tyres and mot..got bike back after 6 weeks..got home oil leak, fairing rattling 'no bolts tightened, next morning starter button was loose so wouldnt start, fixed it all myself,100 miles later bike wont start at all..paid triumph another £350 quid to put all the problems right properly, avoid at all costs,if youve got a 50cc moped should be ok...superbike owners avoid like the plague.

Been dealing with good ol Sam Taylor's since 09 getting services from m.o.t to complete piston replacements.

Customer service - great unless you pester them too much which I have a bad habit of sometimes because I'm a generally impatient person despite them always completing work on time and within a decent time frame.

Quality - jobs have always been completed to a impeccable standard for myself but maybe I've just been lucky they've worked on my old piaggio zip and currently my Honda pcx 125.

Pricing - labour is cheaper than majority of local contenders (please don't read this and raise the price) parts cost about the market average sometimes marginally higher sometimes marginally lower this is down to supplier but you can bring your own parts and just pay for the Labour of having them fitted which is a great little idea.

Staff - the CBT team are absolute hilarious my CBT was great relearned the basics and was treated like a human and not like a paycheck.
Shop staff are also funny to have a chat with just use manners when talking to them like you should with everyone and they will return the favour they'll go too great lengths to help a customer with the majority of enquiries so don't hesitate about asking.

5/5 I'd definitely recommend Sam Taylor's .

After taking my CBT initially with Raceways in Fleetwood, my confidence on a motorcycle was knocked, and thought I had no chance of learning to ride a geared bike, I was told if I wanted to return to try again I would have to pay full price. I decided to try Sam Taylor rider training, what a totally different experience, turned up at the Shovels car park where there was plenty of room to practice, with two great trainers Simon and Ben who took into account my novice status. They took me through the basics, and really helped in areas I was struggling. Ben who was the instructor during the car park section was a great laugh, and very knowledgeable regarding bikes and the highway code, and remarkably patient, at one point where I was struggling with a figure of 8, he got on a bike and had me follow him, nailed it. On the road ride portion I was with Simon, who was extremely patient, also a good laugh, pointed out my mistakes and how to rectify them without me feeling like a tool, by the end of the ride I was feeling great and was ready to get out on my own and get some practice. For new riders especially I would swear by Sam Taylor! Thanks again guys for a great day, and I will no doubt see you in the future for further training.
