The salon consists of 7 team members who are passionate about the industry & the management have a positive approach to education with the aim of continuously developing all our highly qualified & skilled stylists to keep up with new trends & techniques. Due to a rise in no show appointments we are now taking a none refundable deposits for EVERY service over £40.
Our time is valuable and although we do understand things come up that can’t be avoided if you cancel within 24/48 hours we can offer your appointment time to someone else.
... Upon booking your reservation you will need to pay a £30 deposit, bleach and tone clients will be familiar with this but we are now taking deposits for *all* bookings over £40.
This will secure your appointment in the salon and will be deducted from your final bill on the day. If you fail to pay your deposit up to 5 days before your appointment time your reservation will be cancelled and you will be notified by email.
Can any clients that haven’t done so already with upcoming appointments call into the salon with their deposit ASAP.
You can pay cash or by card in salon or over the phone.
Please note: any clients that are booked in for next week we appreciate it’s short notice so if you can’t make it into the salon today don’t worry your reservation still stands just call in from the 8th.
