Sambrook Manor Beef & Lamb Boxes

Grass fed beef & lamb boxes available to order direct from the farm.

We sell farm assured, grass reared beef & lamb in boxes ready for the oven or freezer.
Lamb boxes are half a lamb and contain 1 x leg roasting joint, 1 x fillet of lamb joint, 2 x half shoulder joints, rolled breast, lamb chops & chump chops.
Beef boxes are sold in a 8 kg box all weights are minimum weight each box will be. Beef boxes will contain a mix of roasting joints (topside, silverside or top rump, slow roasts (brisket), steaks, mince & diced beef.
