We’re sorry to say we have had to close the doors at all San Carlo restaurants for now.
This is a temporary closure and we will be back and open as soon as it is recommended to do so.
In good news, in the next few days we will go live on Deliveroo meaning you can enjoy San Carlo and Fumo food and wine at home very soon. We’ll keep you posted here.

Today has been an incredibly tough day and one we never thought we would have to face.
We have taken the decision to temporarily close all but five San Carlo restaurants. Please note these measures are temporary, we will reopen as soon as it is recommended to do so.
For now FUMO WATERLOO STREET, San Carlo Manchester, Liverpool, Fiorentina in Hale and San Carlo’s Flying Pizza at Roundhay remain open, although this may change.
... These restaurants and their teams are following strict health and hygiene protocols including social distancing of diners and additional, frequent cleaning of high traffic areas.
We are a family business and the health, safety and wellbeing of our teams and communities is of utmost importance, we must do all we can to take care of each other during these uncertain times.
We have had to make some very difficult decisions to ensure San Carlo survives through this indeterminate period of closure and is a place where people continue to love working, visiting and sharing experiences for years to come.
We are now turning our attention to getting through the coming weeks. In the next few days we will launch San Carlo at Home, a new service where customers can call, order and collect their favourite dishes, customers pay on collection and several restaurants will also go live on Deliveroo very soon. We will let you know on social media and on sancarlo.co.uk as soon as these services are live.
If you have a booking at Fumo Birmingham, San Carlo Manchester, Hale, Liverpool, or Flying Pizza, we can’t wait to welcome you. If you would prefer to reschedule, we do understand and would urge you to please let the restaurant know. This will help us to plan around our teams.
Gift Cards are another way of showing your support through a future visit, cards are valid for 12 months. You can buy e-gift cards or physical gift cards from sancarlo.co.uk
