Facilities are good there's a few arcade machines and games there's a pool and mini gym with a play area for kids also a large hall for entertainment and a bar. It's a good family atmosphere stuff for the kids to do there's a couple of pool tables aswell

The village itself is fine ,but its money money all the time if you want anything done its always at a way-out cost

A nice holiday park that offers either caravans or lodges but the latter can be a bit expensive. There is a bus that will take you to Withernsea. The site has all the amenities that you would expect from a holiday park and it is well laid out. Friendly staff

Brilliant entertainment can't fault the girls here kept us all entertained for Halloween week loads of fun activities . Down side to park lack of space for parking near your caravan but would recommend

End of October but still plenty to do. We have a Bronze van but it is very good and has all we need. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Good entertainment with activities during the day. You do have to pay for some but that's not unreasonable. The pool and gym are very good, my children spent ages in the pool. We ate twice in the evening and had really good and well presented meals. The prices in the restaurant are in my opinion very good, especially for the quality. I have paid more for less in other parks. Would very happily recommend Sand le Mere.

Me and my husband stayed here in October and found everything you need. The indoor swimming pool was great it has shana and steam. Entertainment was ok.

Lovely place but beware kids have to have an adult to swim under 12, whether they can swim or not. Also beware, different staff members tell you different things about prices and therefore I have lost money on the passes. Tried for refund and they were not interested. Not happy at all 😤

I run a group for adults with additional needs. We attend Sand-le-Mere every week for a swim session and a buffet afterwards. Our members look forward to going and are really happy to be there.

The staff are very polite and support our group while we are there.

The pool is very clean with lots of staff on duty. There is a slide and they put up a water assault course at times.

The food is amazing and there is lots of it.

I would urge anyone who has a loved one with additional needs to see what Sand-le-Mere has to offer.

What a fabulous find! Away from it all, yet all you will need! This is a real jewel in the crown, offering comfortable, clean and reasonably priced accommodation, with fabulous staff who are extremely helpful.
Top entertainment, well kept beers and wines and good food.
I really can't fault the place! From meeting the manager to all staff, this place is fabulous for a family getaway!!

Very nice park and caravans
Entertainment is mainly for younger children however the pool is great and stays shallow for the most of it, there is an amazing steam room and sauna and a small kids area with a slide.
The building is easy to navigate and is very clean
Would reccomend for anyone

Simply Poor.

Myself and my friend booked a weekend break at the park, a few hours before we arrive we received a phone call from the park explaining the pool was out of use for the duration of the stay. At such short notice we could not book anywhere else nor was we entitled to a refund. The Rep exclaimed that many activities where now free of charge in the park which I explained we have a 10month baby who could not do things such as “Archery”.

As we arrived the caravan we was placed in was dirty, so I cleaned it before the child arrived as it was no where near up to standard, I went down to reception to talk to the girl but she seemed overwhelmed with complaints and their was already people waiting so I gave up.

At closer inspection, the duvet in the twin room was dirty and had holes in the cover, again not reflecting any quality at all.

On the Saturday we tried to make the best of by visiting the “Soft Play Area”, which again seem to receive lack of attention as was full of wrappers and objects not suitable for a child.

On the Sunday we decided to go for a walk down the front, but on return came back to “No Water”, in the caravan, so once again we headed of down to reception to see what was the problem, we needed water for the 10 month old.

She told us “Someone left the tap in one of the shower blocks all night and it drained the tank”, seriously one tap can drain the entire park, how big is it to drain that quick?

The only answer we really got is “these are circumstances out of our control!”.

We checked out a day early as the whole weekend was a disaster and the Park simply shrugs of any acknowledgment. So be warned not a good place to visit.
