We went on the special accessible swimming session. It was brilliant. Great changing facilities with bed and a hoist, water accessible wheelchairs and the most amazing team of disability ambassadors all combined to make it a great evening.

Brilliant. The wave machine is amazing. The staff r friendly and really helpful. My hubby is disabled and they were fantastic. You get a decent sized room and shower so he can shower properly. Highly recommended x

Fun day out with the kids. We went out of season so it wasn't to busy. Money off for locals which is always a bonus, just take proof of residence. You can rent a locker for £2 which is return when you hand the band back. Food is quite expensive but better if you get one of the meal deals, not much vegetarian choices and if your vegan there is only chips!

This place used to be great but now it's very expensive. 16 pound just to swim and when I say swim I mean stand in shallow wasit deep water rammed with people even on quiet days. There is the wave pool but only at the farthest end is it really suitable for swimming. The slide here are fairly good but cost an additional 7 pound for anything but the most basic baby slides. The queues to these can get very long and on a busy day would be awful. They also turn off the best slide for hours at a time which is particularly poor. You can obtain food and drink here on the wet side which now has a cashless system where by you pay money up front on to a wristband and you can use that credit to buy things once in the pools. A clever an innovative solution to carrying money rather than simply get a bit of cash from the changing room or a crafty way of hoping to keep the excess credit you haven't spent when you leave which you are supposed to claim back. Overall it's great for kids but then they aren't paying and even kids tickets are expensive.

Great place with lots of slides. Gets very busy around lunchtime and the afternoon, making very long queues to get on anything. Recommend going early morning and leaving around lunch time, or go in the off season. Great place for adults and kids alike. If the adults want to relax there is a small adults only spa including saunas, steam rooms and foot spas with ice to cool off. Residents also get half price on all entry, well worth a visit.

First time I've been here with my two teenagers and my 6 year old. We all loved it. We spent 3 hours here, trying out each slide and swimming. Great day out for all the family. Highly recommended.

I'm giving this place a high rating because it's the best of it's type I've ever been to. Massive water park with some great rides. It just gets soooo busy in the summer. The queues are horrific. But that's hardly the park's fault though!

Thus place is great for kids of all ages including big ones. It has many slides, a small inside water rapids, a wave pool and a water adventure area. It is really worth a visit, the prices are quite steep though. Family of 4 was £54. (That was including the extra for food or other slides)

Staff are friendly. Rides are fun. Sauna is nice. Great selection of activities for all ages. Bit expensive but use a locals discount if you have one. Food is quite expensive but surprisingly good. Great for a day out.
