Little pocket rocket Fiesta ST 180, in for Forge cold air intake kit and performance stage 1 remap, good gains of 30bhp and 45nm, great induction and turbo sound from this kit!

A wet miserable day mobile mapping brightened up by this ML320 CDI, an economy tune requested, still see good gains of 35bhp and 65nm and economy gain of 5-10%, with sharpened up throttle response and reduced turbo lag she pulls very well!

A somewhat rare beast in for fault diagnosis and repair and full software upgrade and remap, a super cool looking van with all the toys just lacking a little punch in the 125bhp variant with 330nm torque, we upgraded the vans software to the 155bhp variant and then put a mild economy remap on top giving it a very respectable 175bhp/425nm torque! Massive gains, all withing build specs of the engine and the customer will see between 5-15% better fuel economy.....win/win! A truly custom Ford transit custom RS Sport.

Jaguar XJ Sovereign,last of this shape 'big cat' and a great cruiser, the 2.7 TDVI is a good engine but at 204bhp coupled to a super smooth auto box it can feel a bit under powered and unresponsive lower down, so we went to work on a custom remap and K&N panel filter, gains were good and its now running 255bhp and nearly 550nm torque which comes in sooner and more consistently through the rev range, this cat is officially purring (sorry couldn't resist!)

Bit different from the norm, one of our customers commented how his lights were really poor, most modern cars use plastic lenses now and they end up going milky like these for example, we can refresh these for you for as little as £20 per light.

Well we've had a lot of Vans in recently, a nice stage 1 remap can not only spice up the daily grind but with reduced turbo lag, sharpened up throttle response and the torque band brought in sooner and more consistently throughout the rev range, fuel economy can be increased by up to 15%, this means the remap starts paying for itself straight away! It's been another busy week so far, we appreciate a well looked after car at SD and this Golf R32 was in great condition, these are increasing hard to find in this condition and a testament to it's current owner, Nige is a great guy and has a few nice motors, he called us as another tuning company had been unable to tune his R32, we don't like to be beaten here so we had a look and 'hey presto' with a Pipercross panel filter upgrade and and our performance remap we have improved throttle response, the torque band is brought in sooner and more consistently through the rev range giving a smoother delivery, power gains are pretty good for a normally aspirated engine at +25bhp and 25nm.

2014 T5 Transporter T32 Bi-Turbo (180bhp) in for remapping and H&R lowering springs, the added weight from the day camper conversion will affect the performance, economy and handling of these great vans, no problem, we custom tuned this little minter with our performance remap taking it to 210bhp and more importantly 465nm torque, now she performs much better and will see betwwen 5-10% economy gain, we also fitted H&R 40mm lowering springs to improve handling without ruining ride comfort.

Turns out the mobile mapping job today was next to a valet, rude not to get the new German whip spruced up!

Triple map job today but this little beauty stood out, classic E30 BMW with later M47D20 2.0L turbo diesel engine fitted (134bhp), now with our economy map 154bhp and extra 40nm torque, sharper throttle response improved torque range and up to 15% better fuel economy... quite a bit of kit!

One of the best looking estate cars around at the minute, we love the Jaguar XF R-Sport 3.0 V6 Diesel (240bhp) we can upgrade the software to the 270bhp version and then our performance remap on top gives another 40bhp, so a whopping +70bhp from factory settings, customers smile on test drive said it all!

Now then.... something a bit unusual in at the unit the other day, Mclaren 570s! Some mental rear end design, tuning and styling upgrades available!

Interesting message from a customer we did some tuning for last year, very tidy little Polo GTI (180bhp), HG motorsport CAI, back box delete and our performance remap, now over 200bhp , the interesting part is the 0-60 time he has measured, just under 4.5 seconds, I know it's a phone app but either way this is quite 'nippy' for a 1.4 engine!
