Sandersons Removals (Boston Spa)

No van booked horror, I was moving my 92 year old mother to Skipton from Knaresborough, to be near us, so wanted a smooth stress free operation. I received two weeks notice of my confirmed move date,so rang Sanderson's and booked a date. A few days later a gentleman came to the house to access the job, followed a few days later by a written quotation. As it was now Friday I didn't return the acceptance form in the post, as requested, but waited to Monday to phone them to say I was scanning the document over. Imagine my horror when I found that no van had been booked and they were now fully booked, 5 days before the move, I then contacted eleven other firms before I found one that had space, a complete disaster.
