We had there our work Christmas party and loved every moment of it. The event room was so nicely set up. It felt so luxurious. We had a great view of the racetrack. The set meal served was delicious- especially the desert.

User

We come over from Mallow co cork Ireland about three times a year.. fly in & out of Heathrow on the same day..what a place.. we just love everything about it

User

Rented out a room here and had the pleasure of dealing with Claire and Ricky. They were amazing and couldn’t recommend them enough! They were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Made our weekend hassle free and wouldn’t hesitate to use this venue for anything in the future.

User

Our first time at the races ,thoroughly enjoyed ourselves all the staff are lovely and friendly, think it's a fab idea to be able to bring your own food and drink in

User

Me and my friend cane to see Marty pellow here in concert. We had a fab time. The place is lovely :)

User

I have lived walking distance from Sandown for 38 years, have attended many events over the year from weddings, concerts or Christmas parties, each year they have improved on themselves, the food is always sublime and I have a severely limited diet ( known medically as FODMAP) this year they catered perfectly and careingly to my personal menu so that I could enjoy the experience as much as the rest of my group the In house staff worked tirelessly to ensure we had a fantastic evening and the only disappointment was the fact that the outside hired staff did remove full glasses of wine ( and soft drinks) from the tables 3 times they cleared our while we were dancing they were replaced the first time but it still happened twice more disputed us trying to watch the table from the dance floor

User

Excellent service and food at the Equus restaurant today. Can’t recommend highly enough for corporate entertainment or just a good day at the races. Having been to Sandown Park and Ascot this month I would say that Sandown delivered the better day and the value for money is great too.

User

Easy to get round, great views, friendly staff including the brilliant car park attendents.

Always have a great day even enjoy when I don't win. Easy going with jockeys trainers and some owners mingling around chatting to us.

Lovely experience. 5 STAR.

User

Best place ever

User

Another great day at Sandown, only thing I would say is they need to makes sure the meat for the salt beef sandwiches is moister as it was very dry.

User

Fab day out just one downside need more screens up especially in the picnic area

User

32 Red race

Race are always good providing you win at least 1 race I won the last at 10/1 maestro royal so paid for the day! Providing you don't use the bar or buy food, still had to wait to long for Costa coffee... all in all grateful day out.

User

Yesterday we visited Sandown as part of my husbands Christmas party. We were in the gold cup suite which was very nice, good food and a great view of the track, however the drinks waiting staff were horrendous, didn't know what certain drinks were (they didnt know what port or baileys were!!) and one of our party had to ask for ice three times and ended up having to fish out ice from a water jug. They were forgetful and messes up each order. They didn't know where the toilets were when asked as well. To go into the toilets- these were filthy, no loo roll, wee on the floor and a right mess. The cleaning rota for 3-12th had been filled out as well from out arrival for the full day.

A lovely day was had but for the price of the ticket I feel the service should have been significantly better. Gold cup suite, mud cup service!

User

Went to the Betfair Tingle Creek Christmas Festival. A bit of a misnomer as the most Christmassy thing about it was the mince pie on the way in.

The racing was good though.

User

Myself and 2 friends went to Sandown for the create & craft event yesterday.. the event itself was great but the seating facilities were trouble. There wasn't enough tables for such a big crowd.. I actually sat on the floor to eat my lunch before someone finally gave up a seat.

User

Reggie Yates what are you doing? Look at your audience, no one is interested in the shit your playing! Play some old school! Look at the crowd

User

No one answers the phones or responds to messages. How are you suppose to be able to book hospitality. Not expecting much when we do go next week.

User

My friend and I went to the races to see horse racing on Thursday evening. We were disgusted to find that it was £50 each to get in !!! Apparently there was going to be a concert on after ! Who cares about that !

Fine have a concert on, I have no problem about that but dont charge racegoers at a racetrack to pay for a concert they dont want to hear or see. There was no choice so we left without going to the races which we had planned for a few weeks. If Sandown want to attract more people to the venue thats fine but do it as an add on not as the main event. I paid £49 for a glorious Goodwood day out with top class racing. I am so angry even now about the lack of thought and total disregard for true racegoers. If you want more revenue do it properly. It means now I will have to look up every time to see if there is a concert on and will have to by pass the races because of it. The Jockey Club are losing the plot !!!

User

It has taken 45 mins so far to get out of the car park. NEEDS SORTING. It’s put a damper on a fantastic evening of races and excellent George E concert.
