Sit, RELAX, DROP your shoulders (turn palms up) & breath out. Allow your face to relax. . . jaw slightly open. . . eyes closed. . . now. . . breath in deeply through your nose, fill your lungs, 2, 3, 4, (5, 6, 7)hold. . . blow out of your mouth. . 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7(8, 9, 10, 11) & as if you are blowing up a balloon. empty your lungs. hold. repeat this twice more, (3 times) on the third breath out hold the breath at the bottom and relax your breathing as if you are 'asleep' allow yourself to breath quietly, gently & CALM. Now your breathing is 'STILL & CALM', relax for as long as you can. Helping you to overcome fears, phobias and anxiety (not just dental related) using relaxation techniques such as Reiki, Hypnotherapy and Indian head massage.
