What an absolutely amazing Hotel, such friendly and welcome staff who go above and beyond to accommodate your every needs. If you are looking for a place to take the kids that cover everything then look no further as this should be without a doubt your first option by far. As a family of 5 the rooms had that much space you didn’t feel on top of each other at all and we all had separate sleeping areas. The kids clubs are just brilliant and they really take care of them and we used these everyday we stayed and evening as well which meant the kids ate earlier went to the clubs and enjoyed themselves and we could go later and have dinner in the adult section which was just fab with sea views as you ate. We will definitely be booking for next year and longer then 5 days...well we liked it that much we stayed an extra night. Thank you to all the staff at Sands for making our stay an enjoyable one.

We’ve just had the most relaxing moroccan spa experience . The staff were lovely and friendly and the Rose and Vanilla Facial and Moroccan ritual were amazing. Thank you . We’ll definitely be back .

Went to the spa here today, it was fantastic! Chilled in the moroccan lounge (which we had to ourselves), drank mint tea and enjoyed the delicious cake. Cedar hot tub was incredible and the aromatherapy massage was brilliant. Thanks for a great day.

We went to The Sands Hotel as a group of girls. From start to finish we have had THE BEST time! I cannot recommend this hotel high enough, staff so super accommodating, large, spacious rooms, fab food, probably the best massage I’ve ever had & we also enjoyed the morrocan experience which was fantastic. Thank you to everyone who made our stay absolutely perfect & if I could rate you 10 stars, I would! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We spent a few days here as part of the baby and toddler break. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing, and having a separate dining area for the children allowed for stress free meal times.

The childcare sessions were fantastic, again the staff were friendly, reassuring and really went out of their way to play with our daughter.

We would definitely return.

We loved it here! Beautiful resort with lots for the kids to do! Close to the water, just a short walk away. Very clean, nice staff and decent spread for breakfast! I would recommend it to anyone!

We enjoyed a toddler/baby break here a few weeks ago it was perfect experience from start to finish staff are efficient and helpful the resort is well maintained and the suites are designed with families in mind , our two year old loved swimming every day and we loved the baby listening service allowing us to have a meal and drinks every night like grown ups !

Just got back from a wonderful stay at the hotel. Cant recommend it enough. Such a lovely place, family oriented with so much for children of all ages to do and the staff are fab. So friendly and inviting. Was a lovely atmosphere, nothing is too much. Definitely will be returning, thank you sands resort.

Its wonderful indoor pool outdoor pool play area incudes bouncy castle assult coarse zip wire maze. Food is wonderful. Peoole friendly and helpful . Room are very cinfortabe beds and very very comfortable .

I was lucky enough to spend my hen do here at this fantastic resort. From planning the perfect hen package Tracey was always there on the end of the phone to help. As soon as we arrived the reception staff were so welcoming and friendly and we loved the laid back,beachy and relaxed feel of the resort with gorgeous spacious rooms. The Moroccan Spa Experience and treatments were fabulous ( Thankyou Chloe that was the best deep tissue massage I have ever had) and we made full use of the great outdoor pool and secluded garden area chilling out on the really comfy sun loungers in the fantastic weather. The restaurant was great, overlooking the bay with a delicious meal and wide choice of menus for dinner and breakfast. Other lovely touches like showing the Royal Wedding on the big screen with flags, bunting, balloons and cakes was great. Staying at your wonderful resort made for the perfect weekend. Thankyou so much.

Have come for our first family holiday with our 9month old for my birthday. The staff are lovely. The hotel totally caters for children with so much for them to do. Great views. Only down side is no air con and no lift but they have a porter to help you with the luggage up the stairs. Going to make this a regular yearly holiday for us I think

Had an amazing facial with Tegan at the Spa. So relaxing, I can highly recommend the treatments.

Came to the spa for my best friend’s hen do, and everything about it was amazing! The staff were so helpful both leading up to the day and on the day. The location is so beautiful, and the entire hen party said we’d love to come back for a holiday! Thank you so much!

Went with a friend to enjoy the Moroc twilight spa evening. Staff very friendly as always without being intrusive. The moroc spa decor is lovely and relaxing, together with the hot tub which was really warm and the steam room. Our time there went far too quickly. We were given the incorrect meal menu, which was slightly disappointing. The food was well presented. One small criticism is that my food wasn't very hot. Would certainly return for another experience though.

My family and I visited Sands hotel last week & stayed for 2 nights. We had the most amazing time! Staff were very welcoming, the bedroom was lovely & my son (aged 2) absolutely loved the play room & the outside park!! Also the indoor pools were just amazing!! Wish i could give a 5 star review but there was just one small issue that could have been improved (happy to speak to someone to make improvements maybe?) But overall brilliant experience & we will be back again soon!!

It makes me sad to rate it an overall 3☆ as the Spa, staff and Moroccan experience were brilliant. Had one of the best 'hot stone' massages I have ever had from the very competent Chloe. Sadly the hotel food was very poor. Limp salad, disgusting humous, baked potato, old tasting with a bean chilli that even Wetherspoons wouldn't be proud of. The kitchen needs shaking up. Loads of staff without any direction. Spa brilliant, bring a sandwich...
