Sangucheria Description
After working in the many kitchens and establishments as I have, there came a time when I just knew i had to do something for myself. Not knowing which direction to go in, I went and explored a little of the world. Whilst in Peru, we tumbled across something that i will never forget and now here I am, sharing that with you!
Sangucheria (san-goo-cha-ree-ya. . . incase you were wondering! ) is a street food stall selling the biggest, most delicious sandwiches you'll ever have. Making a twist on the traditional but keeping all those beautiful fragrant flavours, Sangucheria will give you an experience you'll never forget!

The food is absolutely delicious and there's a huge variety so you can customise your sandwich to your tastes. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the food they serve. It's cheaper than most other food stalls (especially for the quality of the food), very filling and doesn't leave you feeling bloated! I have been several times now and the standard is always very high.
Honestly the best sandwich I've ever eaten!
