3rd time moving across the globe with Santa Fe and they never cease to amaze. Three brilliant musketeers packed and loaded an entire home in 2 days. Always friendly, always understanding, always hardworking without complaint. So well organized , not one delay.

Very unprofessional services. They delivered goods in Hyderabad ( India ) in a sorry state, bed broken. When the same was brought to the notice of the delivery manager, he started arguing. Finally, we had to show him images which we had clicked just by chance, while packing in Delhi. That's their attitude even after damaging goods.



Today, after about two months of the first instance, we got another shock. They delivered my bike in Hyderabad. Again, indicator broken, handle knob broken, back mud-guard disoriented. To crown it all - their attitude.



Very very sad.



I would never recommend anyone to book relocation with this company.

The worst experience of moving ever! Avoid this company at all cost. They damaged a piece of our furniture due to poor packaging and negligence, and are refusing to help in anyway because I did not buy their insurance. The crew that unpacked it even said that it was not packed correctly!



They (Hong Kong and U.K. Offices) are now ignoring my emails.

I was promised a 15 day door to door service while moving from Delhi to the UK for an Air shipment. I have been informed more than a week ago that my shipment has reached the wirehouse in London. But still Santafe could not arrange a delivery to my home in the UK and sighting the distance, unavailability of truck, subcontractor wtc etc Really upset about it and advise people to check before they book. Paid a lot of money for Air shipment as i needed the things. But all that gone wasted. Standard reply from India office is " UK office can tell" and the same from UK office is "will let you knoe as soon as possible" - no idea when that soon be. very upset and frustrated. BE CAREFUL before booking with them.
