Sara Horner School of Dance is a new dance school based at Oakwood Church, the Dance Studio Leeds and Moor Allerton Sports and Social Centre. We hold classes in ballet, tap and modern to children and adults of all ages and are affiliated with bbodance. The principal of SHSofD is Sara Horner who has been a dance teacher for 12 years whilst also performing as a professional singer and dancer. Having completed 3 years professional training at Performers College in Corringham, Essex, Sara then started her career performing in corporate shows, Pantomime, Cruise ships and Theatre tours of the UK and abroad, as a Dancer, Lead vocalist, Dancer /Singer or Backing Artist. Sara has attained an Associate qualification in modern and tap with the ISTD and a Level 6 Diploma in Dance Teaching (Approved Teaching Status ATS) with the British Ballet Organization . Sara also holds a DBS and is first aid and safeguarding trained.
