Welcome to the Sarah Howe Cookson School of Dance "LIKE" Page
We specialise in Freestyle, Slow, Street Commercial Pop Stamina and Body Conditioning. Choreographing routines for solo's, double's, trios and teams.
Our classes are designed to be fun and friendly with the aim of achieving the best of fitness and dance ability.
We compete all over the UK in events organised by the ADFP /BDC /NCDTA and our pupils work through the NCDTA grading syllabus.
Age groups:
Toddlers to Young Adult. . .
Beginners to Advanced.
