It’s a fun, relaxed, non-competitive atmosphere to strut your stuff and learn the fundermental techniques of Hip Hop Contemporary and Ballet. Suitable for ages 3-18, all genders and abilities! Performance opportunites. UKA examinations taken annually in Ballet and Hip Hop.

ADULT STREET FIT- A brand new exciting class combining fitness, street dance moves and fabulous endurance to keep you up to date with all the current moves!
Street fit is a fitness dance class, whether you’re a dancing diva or have two left feet. All movements adapt street / hip hop movements and are broken down before additional movements are added. This allows participants to become comfortable before adding additional movements. This class is suitable for all abilities and genders! Burn up to 350 calories per hour, have fun with your friends and dance like know ones watching!

PILATES- A safe, medically approved exercise method suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Ideal for people who are unconfident with exercise, suffer from an injury, or somebody who is an advanced Pilates practitioner. Caters of all ages, abilities and genders! It will be a relaxed session, with no pressure or commitments. Simply come and enjoy some basic Pilates mat work, and work at your own pace. Classes at Ross Health and Fitness
