Yesterday we visited. Very nice south india food. Good service. Very specious. Good to enjoy food with friends and family.

This place serves authentic South food ,It's very crowded in the evening ,service is very quick .overall good .

Nice atmosphere, clean premises, food cooked fast but fresh, great range of desserts. Would recommend. Had cheese masala dosa..... great taste.

I dont see why yogurt is added to chole?

The masaala in dhosa was sloppy could be better.

Falooda was totally unacceptable why fruit and jelly ? Dont call it falooda.

Masaala chai was just milk with elachi..v dissapointed.

Cutlery needs much improvement. Far from European standards. A bit disappointed.

The restaurant is not clean. The toilets are disgusting. Lot of dust and dirt all around the roadside view corners. Me and my wife had south indian thaali for lunch. We are having upset tummy just within an hour after eating. And it became worse later.



I will never go there neither I will recommend to anybody.

The staff has no manners to talk to d guest's specially the boy name prakash. My son just vommited in d hotel n dat foolish guy telling me u must not enter d hotel if ur son is vomiting coz dis is d food place n told to leave d hotel. As i replied him dat vomitting does not need an invitation. And he made us to clean the floor. I dint c dis in any other resturants dat the guests has do their floor cleaning work. Shame on u guys.... before recruiting workers at least teach them some manners.

Rude stuff. They don’t know how to behave with customers, specially a stuff named Prakash. We have ordered Dahi Vada, and when we have tasted it was worst. We have asked for some tamarind chutney, which they told they don’t have. Then we have asked for some chili powder, immediately they asked for money for the same very rudely.



Few minutes later they served the mashala dosa, which is cold and not all crispy (which we have specially asked for). When I have reported same to the store manager, she asked me whether I am already returned the food or not. When I said yes, she went back without apologising. I would not visit any more to this branch. Also not recommending any of my friend for the same branch.

Poor customer service, no regards for the elderly. The thali meal I ordered was wrongly packed but when brought to the attention of the manager was not entertained at all. She refused to listen and the waiter who served me was equally not good at all. I would go hungry rather step in to this restaurant. Saravan Bhavan East London is 100 times better in food and customer service.

It’s terrible won’t be going there again

How can i put to you about the restaurant.

A.Its okay if you drop in to eat.

B.forget customers service.

Definitely not coming back to this branch in any future.
