As I have the technical capabilities of someone who just about understands technology and doesn't trust robots, I am some what forced to greet all the many new people who have liked my page over the last few weeks as a collective rather than as the individuals you all rightly are! Good morning world! With New Year fast approaching, people might be thinking of resolutions. I've been thinking of mine and for the first time I'm not going to give anything up or take up a new hobby... I think I'm just going to be the truest me! I won't need to change anything or keep up a pretence. And with my continued work with the sound therapy, my vibrations will be higher than ever! 2015 is the year I truly believe I will come into my own, where I will show myself what I'm really capable of 😊 Sx

Last night whilst working with a client we had a beautifully empowering session using the frequency of the moon. This is the second time I've used this fork and the effects are remarkable! I am truly blessed to have such a super fabulous avenue to explore with this therapy 😊 Sx

Legitimate reason to get the heating on... Got a sound session in just over an hour 😊 Sx

Once you've planted a seed/set an intention, give it time to grow and develop. Coming down for breakfast this morning I noticed these seedlings and was blessed with this realisation. Have a wonderful day 😊 Sx

Well what a beautiful start to the new moon! The best sleep I've had in a long time, I've woken up this morning with a little flicker of excitement for the near future. A very beautiful session with a friend this morning. Every session is different for both my clients and myself and there's always lots to learn from them. The frequencies have made a happy day for me yet again! Sx

Last night I was invited to show off my sounds at Horrabridge Primary School. Hundreds of people were there, spoke to lots of them about the sound therapy and got a few requests for sessions... a fantastic opportunity! Sx

With regards to my writing about the science behind the sounds, last night I had a lovely chat with a lovely lady who has offered to read what I write to check it's not lies (she's a scientist) 😀 Exactly the kind of small gesture = huge effect energy I love! So no matter what you offer to do for someone today, be proud of yourselves... You could be having a far bigger positive effect on them than you think 😊 Sx

I've been doing some reading up on atoms so I can baffle you all with my descriptions of the sounds and how they work and did you know... If all the atoms that make up the earth were solid and compacted, the earth would be the size of a baseball?! Whaaaat?!?! It's the space within and between each atom that creates its size 😯 (very simply put!) Watch out for some mind blowing sound therapy science folks! Sx
