May 2016: One of my first experiences with Savills Canary Wharf and I dealt with Nathan and Ibrahim. They both helped me in getting the right apartment at the right time. Smooth process with no hiccups.

Aug 2017: the experience of renewal has not been good so far! Sent a email to Alexandra as a priority and also spoke on the call ensuring the details are understood. After 4 hours we get a email asking to reconfirm some details which is not professional. A call sooner would have been more better to ensure the urgency of the deadline.

I had a very nice experience with Ibrahim Bah who managed very professionally our move into our new flat. He always made sure we had all available information and responded quickly and efficiently. By far the most adequate agent we have had in London, and we have had a few.

Absolutely excellent service. Although we had a few hitches throughout the sale process (occupational hazard if one buys or sells property in the UK), we always felt that we were in good hands.

Having viewed the apartment on Thursday - we were moved in by Tuesday (over a bank holiday weekend)!

I must openly commend the great service we received from Nathan James and Ibrahim Bah (not neglecting all the supporting team members). Two of the things that stood out was just efficiently Nathan ran the process (amidst the headache of getting all the required admin sorted prior to moving) and Ibrahim remaining in the office well after working hours just to ensure we had every issue resolved and making it possible to be in with our tight deadline.

One of my first experiences with Savills Canary Wharf and I dealt with Nathan and Ibrahim. They both helped me in getting the right apartment at the right time! Nathan helped beyond his way at every stage of the rental process. He also helped in explaining the contract terms and is very patient and polite. Ibrahim showed us the apartment twice and was quick in reverting back with the queries. Afsheen was helpful in performing the credit check and reverting back in a timely manner. They found me a great landlord and home to live in. They not only helped us to found an apartment but a home to live in! Keep up the good work guys, long way to go!

My recent experience with Savills has been working with Nathan. He clearly understood my requirements and was able to show me properties accordingly. I had to get a property sorted before my holidays and he worked really well under the given time pressures.
