Savills , a National company, has adapted well to providing local service and support -- Faye Wilkin who is my local contact has done an excellent job in coordinating the wide array of services Savills have to offer.

I would like to recommend SAVILLS Harpenden as an excellent letting and management agency. They have always been extremely industrious in looking for suitable tenants and advising on their selection. If any repairs or replacement of items in the house is required they are always quick to make suitable arrangements. We currently live overseas so it is great that we can be confident that our house and tenants are being well looked after whilst we are far away. We have been with Savills for more than fifteen years and have always had good service.

The lettings team at Savills were very helpful and really supported us in trying to get a quick viewing of a property that we were really keen on. They put up with lots of questions from us and replied quickly to them all. Once we found a property we like, the team organising the tenancy agreement were not quite so on top of things and we had to chase a few times for the paperwork. That said, we moved in on time, with no hassle and I would definitely recommend :)
