My house sale completed this week and I had excellent service throughout. Richard was recommended to me via a friend and as someone who was frankly anxious and overwhelmed about the whole process Richard was professional, patient and extremely helpful to me throughout the sale. I would highly recommend Richard and the team at Saxon Shore.

Kim and Richard at Saxon Shore have been amazing through a very stressful selling of my mother's flat. As Power of Attorney I had to do my best for Mum and I interviewed three estate agents and very seriously considered using Purple Bricks as it was cheaper (I am so glad that I didnt use Purple Bricks). Richard gave me the most confidence when chatting and I decided to go with Saxon Shore. The property sold within 3 days at the highest of the 3 valuations I had been given by the three estate agents (it varied by £50,000 from lowest to highest valuation). Despite what should have been a very short, easy chain there have been complications for the last month which Kim and Richard have tried to help sort out when the solicitors were all arguing about who was right. The sale completed and I would highly recommend anyone who wants a proactive estate agent who cares about their customers to go with Saxon Shore.

I was a first time seller and needed a lot of hand holding, Kim and Richard did just that. They made me feel totally secure and any issue I was having they were happy to go above and beyond to solve. Professional and personal service they aren't your run of the mill estate agent!

I can see why thier company does so well, our property sold in 11 days! Kim and Richard kept us up-to-date the entire way through. And Liz who handles thier media is a font of information about faversham and it's buildings. Having been gazumped on two houses, messed about by a buyer after 4 months of the sale process and the previous agent not being helpful, I had genuinely had enough of the whole thing, yet I needed to sell my house. So I decided to change agents. Saxon Shore being a new company had less presence (at the time) and a lot less staff but Richard was very straightforward, gave me confidence that he could sell my house and would communicate with me throughout. And he did just that. I felt that he genuinely cared, was very personable and always available. The fee and terms were also clear and fair. Its great to see they have a lot of properties on their books now. I would absolutely recommend them, and already have (but I'm never moving again lol!). Thank you Richard and team.
