First timer in Liverpool and the shake shop was a highlight ....bad ass shake and awesome staff deffo head there again next time im in town

Bought three milkshakes here today, supervisor was really helpful and suggested some great flavors, rest of the staff were great :) Would come here again!

Staff where shocking never been before and wanted to treat the kids,he was not the slightest bit interested and his customer service was shocking,considering how much each drink is,will not be going back!

Most of the staff were great however my milkshake that's was supposedly Milky Way and Oreo came and tasted like plain milk, naturally at ┬Ż4.95 I politely complained it tasted like milk, the female member of staff was great about it but when mentioning it to a male member of staff with dark hair in a black t shirt he remarked whilst in front of me well it is a milkshake! I work in a cinema and I am trained to make milkshakes and if I'd made one to that standard I was given I'd have to be retrained. Other than that particular staff member the rest were great, made me a new shake free of charge which tasted brill, just a shame that one particular staff member he to be so snotty or my review would be much more pleasant!

Tasted like plain milk with chocolate bits in and cost ┬Ż5 for the pleasure. Staff were great and shop is immaculate.
