Visited the lovely Lamein tonight for my first ever sports massage & I'm so glad that I did. It was my first time visiting the shop & the staff on arrival were super friendly & Lamein made me feel comfortable straight away. Everything was explained to me in full detail before we started & the whole experience was so professional & friendly at the same time. I've been having lots of neck pain & I could feel the pain release from my body as Lamein did her magic! So educational & interesting too as she explained how the pain may have been caused in the first place. I've left feeling relaxed, happy, a lot less pain & with lots of homework & tips on how to prevent the same happening again! Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Thank you, I'll definitely be back пҝҪ
