Only 29 days to go. Hope to see you there!
Stunning!
Yet again the organisers volunteers and every one who worked so hard to make Armed Forces Day a day to remember have excelled a day not to be forgotten the only down side is we have to wait a year for the next one. For me being a limpy, falling apart veteran the highlights were meeting fellow veteran's from far and wide, the warmth of the reception from everyone (embarrassingly moving) and the general air of fun and relaxed stamps (thank to the police and any one else involved in security) although a little bit after the parade moved me as we veterans were halted the cadets from all three services and police March passed us we all spontaneously applauded thanks again from a grateful veteran
One of the best days out if you like vintage and meet great people of all ages , defo be there again next year xc
It was a fantastic family day out. The displays were brilliant. Something for young and old. Seeing the Red Arrows in such a beautiful setting just topped off the day nicely.
Had a fab day. We felt safe (roads leading into beachfront were blocked police vans and armed police) and all the armed forces and their cadets were very welcoming. Thank you to each of you. Great to see all RAF Falcons, RAF Red Arrows, RNLI & HMCG displays
