So yesterday’s topic was wave selection... you were awesome working so hard in minus temperatures. Here are a couple of diagrams to help you picture your selection next time your out .The peak is what pitches you over the falls and unless your advanced and quick thinking this will stop you catching the wave...(colour red) The green zone is the take off point where the wave still has energy but allows you to get to your feet in these sections you can really use all the energy of the wave to its max ! the Amber zone is a spent part of the wave with no power... we will use all our energy up with no results if we try and catch here .... KEEP IT IN YOUR HEAD 🚦 system green means go

For any of my surf buddies with kids we have been working with ion and have come up with a 6 mm hooded suit also built in with adjustable ankle zips to help the little bend legs get in they go all the way up to teenagers so no one is left out they are crazy cheap to at 160 quid kids in the the surf club you get them even cheaper... this means the kids will be able to straight through which to my two lads is amazing news
