These stretches should help limber the hamstrings and quads in order to achieve the split position! Miss Caitlin reccommends holding each stretch for 10 seconds in order to achieve its full potentialвӯҗпёҸ
Before stretching always remember to do a quick warm up such as star jumps or running on the spot to avoid injuryрҹ‘ҚрҹҸј
