enliven MC - 3 powders for a beautiful natural smile

Question: What did the patient request?
... The patient asked that her teeth be natural looking and slightly lighter than her lower teeth.
Question: Where did the choice to use enliven MC metal ceramics come from?
For this job I chose to use enliven MC because it is a metal ceramic that allows excellent coverage and has respect for the chroma, even when space is limited, guaranteeing depth and translucency.
Question: Which enliven MC products did you use?
I used enliven A3 dentine, as agreed with the patient, on the entire body of the tooth from the neck to the mamelons. The transparencies in the incisal area were created with cuts on the dentine and the insertion of enliven clear. Thanks to the use of these powders and the space created between the mamelons I was able to lower the value, given that we had decided to apply a lighter chroma, and the lower teeth had a slightly darker chroma and a lower value enamel. To complete the shape, I used enliven IN3 enamel.
Question: How can a good result be achieved by using just three powders?
Recreating a natural effect with few powders is an ideal situation, but not all products allow it. enliven MC allows you to play with the thicknesses and obtain the desired chroma, depth, translucency and opalescence with ease.

Silensor-sl anti-snoring device - Offer patients a good night’s sleep
The Silensor-sl consists of one splint for the upper jaw and one splint for the lower jaw. The lower jaw is either held in a predetermined or advanced position by two connectors that are fixed laterally to the splint.
The Silensor-sl counteracts the narrowing of the respiratory tracts. As the velocity of the air decreases so do the noise-generating vibrations of the soft tissues. The Silensor-sl allows ja...w movements, so is comfort-able to wear, but prevents the lower jaw from falling back so is an effective snore guard.
Clinical tests have shown that the advancement of the lower jaw considerably reduced snoring in over 80% of patients and 50% saw a reduction in their apnoea index.
