Yayyyy finally got the boots I was looking for!!

Went in this morning Saturdaty dead on 9am, I was served by a lovely young lady who helped me with the laces a lovely friendly girl with a big smile, I bought the Aimiltia Dr Martins boots, i wore them home, bit of shopping first, so comfortable, so i say thank you to the young lady who served and helped me, i wish i had taken her name but she was there at opening this morning. Very happy xxx

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received in my life, defiantly will not be shopping in schuh again, I would not even rate this a 1 star, I was waiting 35 minutes before they came back to me with my pair of shoes, and then they had the wrong pair, and then later on to find out it was the only shoe in store, how can you only have one shoe,

Guys, did you know that these trainers are 'designed as an item of FASHION FOOTWEAR and they will be suitable FOR OCCASIONAL WEAR for fashion use' ?! Just got the reply from the UK Customer Services of Schuh as after 4-5 MONTHS OF USE my Leather Converse All Star 2 strap HI Trainers' sole got a HOLE on it's sole and therefore lets the inner side get wet. Really DISAPPOINTING especially as it wasn't cheap at all (£65). THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY !
