Very professional and great communication!

Superb customer service - they couldn't have been more helpful. They were more than happy to offer advice (they clearly know their screws!) and they went out of their way to post an order I was in a hurry for.

Excellent service and quality. Thank heavens for Screwsline, a reliable supplier of 'proper' slotted woodscrews. The now-ubiquitous cross-point heads look just terrible on door furniture or any other decent cabinetry for that matter. Cross-points just cry out chipboard and Ikea. Keep up the good work, chaps!

Absolutely terrific family business. Even with the most particular of requirements, they really care about helping you find what you need, sending it out quickly, and making a devoted customer out of you, as they have done with me!

Competitive, helpful and a swift dispatch...but for me as a small business, the greatest asset , is that with Andy and his team, not only are they endlessly patient with me being fussy and incredibly specific with what I do and do not want, if I ever have a problem or question, I can pick up a phone or send an email to get a prompt reply, from a real, named person! No endless 'press one, press two, listen to half of Greensleeves and give up the will to live' systems, or lost in another department emails. Screwsline have been able to supply me with an incredibly wide array of rare vintage screws and fixings from stock, as well as source and supply others. I restore classic wooden boats for a living and sometimes the screws I need to get feel like a needle in a haystack, but I haven't managed to give Andy a challenge he couldn't rise to yet!! From old GKN Nettlefolds brass and chrome, to modern Stainless, I really could not recommend screwsline more. 11/10 all day long

Amazing! Not your normal online shop churning out cheap rubbish! A great range of new and old stock types to suit any project. Reminds me of a traditional hardware store which I love. Keep it up the good work!
