Helpful and friendly guy there! My first choice in Reading if I wanna service my bike

Fast, friendly service at a good price.

Went in to get my wheel trued, which they did a good job of for a very reasonable price by tightening and adjusting the spokes, came back a week or so later to find my rear cone bearings needed adjusting and tightening too, like other comments staff don't seem the cheeriest of bunches, bikes 🚴 in their seem decent enough, but don't sell or advertise them through their website.

The staff is very professional there, i had help and advice in everything i came with.

The worst customer service i have experience the young lad that sureved me was rude and disrespectful in a job that customer service is important

Had my 2008 tatty Road bike that I have done a lot of commuting miles on and not ever really looked after almost completely rebuilt but these guys and they were excellent, it feels like new. So much better than going to a big chain, they really know what they are doing.
