Trained here for nearly three years now I think and it is by a mile the best place to train. Karate has always been my Passion and Sean's teachings have taken it to the next level. Fantastic centre which is always busy. The guys take you in and make you feel like one of them. I love being a part of this martial art family and throughly recommend anyone who wants to compete or just train to come on down and give it a go, you won't regret it!!

Throughout my life Sean and his Team have helped me with lots of styles of Martial Arts, they couldn't be more helpful and to have a grading and get your next belt is one of the best feelings ever. SD is the only place I would recommend to young and old, even George who taught me judo 30 years ago is still teaching! Legends

This gym is the only place to be great trainning great fitness great gym and all staff so nice and friendly it's like a big family but get fit and learn martial arts at the same time xxxxxx

Privileged to be a part of this place throughout the years been with them for 14 years won titles under Sean's guidance and grown as àa person aswell a martial artist..... great team of knowledgeable martial artists here.... Facilities are 2nd to NONE..... a great place to start a life changing experience.

My son loves it here they are great trainers and you can tell they all put their heart and souls into everything that goes on here

Love this centre the gym has everything you need aswell as drew hynds personal trainer to help the ninja course is amazing and i am now currently boxing here facilities are quality trainers are quality and the staff are always polite and helpful highly recommend

Just got home after a fantastic nerf wars party. All the kids had a great time. The staff were amazing and the food was worth every penny. Thank you so much.

I popped in to see my friend George at the judo, he very kindly asked if I'd like to teach and I did.

The whole centre is very busy and there's a lot going on, great atmosphere and lots kids and adults being active. Well done to all involved.
