The SDA have moved to new improved offices with better premises & as an ex receptionist myself i have to point out that i noticed a massive difference between the old SDA & the new SDA, the reception staff were kind polite & helpful, they made you feel welcome & one of the lovely receptionists even asked if I would like to learn more BSL sign language which I thought was really sweet of her & which i do want to learn more BSL sign language because my parents were hoping my school would teach me BSL sign language but thought I might not use my speech if I learned BSL sign language. I was very impressed when I visited there yesterday the receptionists are a real asset to the charity & their people skills immaculate!
