Happy Summer Solstice everyone! Sunset in Horsham is at 9.20pm tonight, it's the longest day of the year.
Which means that - from tomorrow - the nights are now drawing in! Therefore it's only right to let you know that our Christmas tree will be up next week, our Xmas Period timetable will be released the week after, and that we've only got four places left on our Christmas Yoga Workshop on the 7th December.

So last week we said goodbye to Nicola Williams. Our fantastic Chartered Physiotherapist is moving on to pastures new in her soon-to-be home town of Hove. She's already greatly missed and the studio just isn’t the same without her; Sarah and Jack are almost inconsolable!
We feel privileged to have had her with us for the last two years, and her new team are lucky to have her. But of course this isn't really goodbye in the established sense; not only has been a great colleague to many of us at the studio, but a good friend too. We're therefore sure we'll see her again soon. ❤️❤️❤️
