Sea Kayak Torbay

Some very valid points and a strong message in this Ted talk, our school syllabuses preach the work of our finest scientists to our children, but our politicians and governments do not listen to those same voices when deciding our future environmental policies. They still maintain large subsidies to companies that wreck havoc on our natural world and there just dividing it up between them.

We met a local paddler out on the water yesterday and he kindly took this image of us going under London Bridge aka Natural Arch.

So we are out looking for dolphins on the headland and they show up in the harbour🐬

Check out this gorgeous Seal playing around our boats. We were spoiled on our camping tour with over 14 seals on both days at the Mew Stone.

After delivering twice within Babbacombe Bay over the half term. I have witnessed more casualties and rescues than on any other location, over my first season of delivery.
On Sunday, May 26th, a man fell while climbing over Red Rock just behind Babbacombe pier onto the seaward side. He was luckily seen falling by a passer or he may have not been located for some time. The operation to rescue the man needed 3 land vehicles, the lifeboat team and air support - around 20 people...

We had a very special tour yesterday, on the way out to the Orestone we encountered 3 Common Dolphins heading into the Bay. Unfortunately they were very quick and my ability to film them was very slow.
Then again later on, after we had rounded the Orestone and were watching the Guillemots i noticed a lot of white water between us and Hopes Nose to find a larger pod of Dolphins breaching and playing in the tide. We moved closer enjoying some great displays but not a lot of footage 😕 but here are a few clips
