I would not recommend this place. Very very dirty caravans twice we have had a really really dirty inside the caravan full of dog hair. And when you go to complain. They say well you have a dog.... it was thick black hair from an German shepherd dog. And l told her l have a bright white bishop fries. Didn't even get a sorry. No not recommended

Such a lovely place. Our dog loved it there too.

Big park at a fabulously named village of St Bees.......had to visit just for the name!!
Local Hotel a bit wild west tho'......fine if you like a bit rough!!

Been here a few times and watched it deteriorate. The touring caravan site has overflowing drains. A rickety old wooden bridge crosses a stream allowing access to the camping field. This and broken pitch back rails could injure children and unwary adults. When using the showers the dirty water from other cubicles swills over your feet. The usual case of pack them in and sod them. Clients and company vehicles are driven at speed around the site roads - all in all its a dump.

Lovely site with some pitches right on the sea front, toilet n shower black clean. Gorgeous food at the Sea CoatesHotel at great prices. 10 minute walk into the quaint little town which has 3 or 4 really nice bars. We live an hour away and this is out favorite site locally. Highly recommended

Caravans are absolutely filthy. Mould growing. Bathrooms covered in urine stains. No pots in the caravan. Work tops and floors were filthy. We had to spend 2 hours cleaning with anti-bacterial wipes. Wipes were black after cleaning! Found a sock and a thong from another guest. Food splattered over kitchen units. Complained to the owner who said "Well, we are doing our best." Completely unhelpful. Won't be back.
